Fall has officially arrived and the leaves have taken notice
in parts of the Northeast, where foliage color has crossed into
the moderate color (31% - 60% change) range. Moderate color
can be found in the northern portions of the crown of Maine,
the higher elevations of the White Mountains in New Hampshire,
portions of the Northeast Kingdom in Vermont and sections of
the Adirondack Mountains in New York. Other areas in the region
are split between little/no change and low color (11% - 30%
change).
Leaf drop is low to very low across the region.
