Much of New England has passed peak foliage conditions. The
exceptions being coastal New Hampshire, much of eastern Massachusetts
and much of Connecticut and Rhode Island where conditions are
at peak. In New York, the Adirondack and Catskill Mountains
are past peak. Much of western New York and southeastern New
York are at peak. A majority of New Jersey is at high to peak
color, the exception being extreme northwest New Jersey where
peak has passed. In Pennsylvania, the southwest, northwest and
northeast corner of the state are past peak. Elsewhere in the
state, conditions are mostly at peak. In southeast PA, foliage
color is high.
Leaf drop where conditions have passed peak is mostly nearly
complete. The drop is high where peak conditions are being reported.
Where foliage color is high, leaf drop is moderate.
