The foliage season in much of the Northeast is finished. A
few areas however, still have foliage to view. Those areas include:
much of southeast Pennsylvania, much of New Jersey, downstate
New York, coastal Connecticut and Rhode Island, eastern Massachusetts
and parts of the Finger Lakes region in western New York. In
these areas, the foliage is at peak.
Leaf drop in most of the Northeast is nearly complete. In the
locations mentioned above, where the foliage is not past peak,
leaf drop is moderate to high.
