The colors of fall are beginning to appear in much of northern New England and northeastern New York where low color (11% - 30% change) is being reported. Portions of the Litchfield Hills in northwest Connecticut, parts of the southern Berkshires in southwest Massachusetts and some of the higher elevations in extreme northwestern New Jersey have also crossed into the low color category. Elsewhere in the region, there is little to no change.
